Meet the MLPS Football Squad!
Our team of 11 boys attended the Eckington Boys Football Club tournament - coming home with the runners up cup!
They sailed through the first round, had a resounding 7-0 win in the semi's, which saw them playing in the final!
It was a close match; goalie's from both teams made fantastic saves! They eventually held up the runners up cup with pride as they'd played brilliantly !
Thanks to EBFC for hosting a superbly well-organised and run tournament.
Also, big thanks to Mr Skingle, for his coaching and Mr and Mrs Rodgers for ensuring our team looked 'the business'!
